Renovations to the Joseph Stone Auditorium

Below are a list of the renovations required:

1. Roof upgrate
   - Assess and replacement of entire roof
   - Replacement of down pipes, gutters and roof structures
   - Parapets to be serviced
2. Painting of entire building (exterior and interior)
3. Concrete structure of the building to be assessed and repaired
4. Access:
   - Disabled friendly (access to theatre, toilets, parking, etc)
   - Security fence, surveillance cameras, gates upgrade
5. Parking area to be tarred or paved
6. Outside lighting to be installed
7. Billboard for advertisement to be installed
8. Garden upgrade (Peace Garden)
9. Toilets - upgrade of facilities
10. Aircon and extractor fans
11. Backup Power Generator required
12. Emergency exits to be sorted out
13. Electrical upgrade throughout the building
14. Studios (Studio A & B)
    - Floor to be replaced
    - Dance mats for both floors
    - Sound equipment for both studio's
15. Admin and Computer Rooms to be upgraded
16. Kitchen and Wardrobe to be upgraded
17. Auditorium:
    - Fly bars to be assessed, maintained and repaired
    - Stage lights shortage
    - Lighting board to be upgraded (still has manual board - requires attention)
    - Tabs, Apron, legs and Skye curtains required
    - Stage floor to be replaced
    - Dance mats for the stage floor required
    - Automation for curtains to be replaced
    - Orchestra pit to be upgraded
    - Auditorium floor to be replaced (non-slip tiles)
    - Seats upgrage and additional seat installation (including structures)
    - Sound, multimedia, Computer and Visual equipment required
